Open House is a great way to generate interest and let potential buyers see your
home. These are on Sundays from 2:00-4:00.
Broker's Open is an Open House for other REALTORS®. This lets them get familiar
with your property, making it more likely they will match it up with one of their buyers.
I feed the REALTORS® so they will come. These are usually held Thursdays from
9:30-11:00 a.m. (Time may vary, but your will be notified.)
