My Unique VIP Seller Service goes a step above the duties that any agent legally and morally owes you.

I give you my personal commitment to provide PREMIER SERVICE. I will keep you informed by communicating with you regularly, and I
will be available for you to contact me with all your questions and concerns anytime at your convenience.

I don't just promise outstanding service, I provide a Quality Service Guarantee that will tell you in writing what I am going to do to sell
your home; and then I deliver it. My Quality Service Guarantee commitment lists all the personalized services that I promise to perform
from listing to closing, if I do not perform what I have promised; you may cancel your listing agreement.

My Unique Seller Service Program is based of my acting on your behalf by playing three roles that are absolutely necessary in
accomplishing a successful real estate transaction.

1. Trusted Advisor:

I will carefully listen to your goals and base my entire home selling process on those objectives.

		Based on your needs, we will do a home analysis that sets the price of your home, stages your home for sale, and we will
		prepare a customized, written, merchandizing and marketing program using all potential resources to reach those local as well as national buyers that we have targeted as being right for your home as well as all of their buyer agents.

I will offer you outstanding customer service and my personal expertise.

2. Your Skilled Negotiator:

I will make things happen for you.

I will present and help you to analyze all offers.

I will represent only your interests in negotiating the best possible price and terms for your home.

3. Your Expert Facilitator:

I will work to put sales together that stay together.

		I will provide transaction management services that handle all of contractual arrangements that are required to be accomplished
		to reach a successful closing of escrow.

		Based on my experience and specialized knowledge, I will offer you a wide range of quality real estate ancillary resources, be it
		mortgage, title, relocation, home warranty or financial services.
